- Manage DD Academy program in Tartu or Riga during the 2022/2023 season

Frequently asked questions
Can I apply for several roles?
Yes. During the application process we will be keeping in mind your preferences and will try to find the best match for you and the team.
What are the time-frames for the roles?
One year. But it doesn’t mean that you couldn’t stay for longer, we’ll just ask again in one year.
Can I apply again next year?
Yes. Even if you weren’t accepted to the team one year, you can always apply again.
How do I know if I'm ready for a role?
You don’t, and that’s fine. If you find a role interesting and have ideas about it, we’d like to talk to you and together we will determine if you are ready for the role.
