Raimond is the Vice Mayor of Tartu, the manager of the Tartu Smart City project and a member of the council of several associations with the participation of the city of Tartu (Tartu Science Park Foundation, OÜ Tartu Veekeskus Foundation, Tartu County Tourism Foundation, AS Emajõe Veevärk, etc.). He is responsible for the urban management, energy management, environmental protection, entrepreneurship, innovation and tourism.
