Financing our mission through our building
We earn most of our finances through offering excellent apartments for long-term rent in the city center of Tartu, right next to the town hall. Our apartments are well-equipped with a kitchen corner in each of our ten different apartments, as well as everything they need for work and rest as well. 2-3 people can comfortably live in most of our apartments.
There are also many businesses working in our building – a web development and design agency, a cafe, a restaurant, a beauty salon and an eye-wear shop.
We direct 100% of our profits from business activities into the mission-based work of the foundation.
